Steve Mankin owner T-Shirt1	Sam, I tried emailing several times and got absolutely no repsonse - not even 'auto reply.' We've found that Jay Products handles a film by Ulano which we're about to try. Also we've been using Epson ink all along with prtty good results. It's still surprising that as visible as Freesener is that he would take the approach of absolutely no response or recognition of the problem.
