Thank you for your continued interest in ICC Chemicals. I will try to answer this question to the best of my ability. ICC accounting department demand a blanket certificate of resale form from the Tennessee Department of Revenue to be fill out and signed with the appropriate box check of why our products would be considered non-taxable in the process of manufacturing. There are many customers in Tennessee that are non-taxable and some that pay the sales tax. By law we keep this certificate on file with your signed certificate as proof of the reason you check as being non-taxable, because this is a blanket certificate it is good year after year. It would be great to have you as a customer of ours and be able to service your growing company. I have seen your operation in person, you have a great company and enclosed is a link that you can visit to download the Blanket Certificate of Resale PDF.
