Union Screen Remover #4, applied first. Then Sericol Xtend INk degradent. Use a scrub sponge. Wash out. YOu may have to apply more than once. If all else fails, mix in some Comet cleanser with the emulsion remover you use. The additional abrasion will usually help remove the rest of the haze.
