Sorry, I had a little problem understanding you initial problem.... It sounds like you have a screen that has been exposed, not printed and you want to clean it, coat it and get it ready for exposing again????
No, you can't capture an image after the emulsion has been exposed but it can be reclaimed. This typically requires a emulsion remover like Easy Way's-Easistrip. 701 is an ink degradent, stain remover and degreaser. It does have some emulsion removing properties but you would be better off going with Easistrip. If the screen has ink in it or stains, then use the 701.
Now if you are looking for 701 in gallons, it is not offered. 901, is a very similar product that works like 701 but was developed for CA VOC regulations. 901 and Easistrip can be purchased in gallons at the following: www.easiwayproducts.com
Good luck and feel free to ask us for help.
