Both the Gel and liquid work just fine for me. I do prefer teh gel, though.

Make sure that when it's applied, that the screen is dry. When you put water on it, it neutralizes and rinses at teh same time - so you want to start with a dry screen, apply the gel/liquid, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then scrub the areas with haze with a scrub type brush or sponge.. then rinse. I rinse with a pressure washer, so it pretty much takes care of any leftover haze.
