The term "One Step" is a misnomer. IT only "softens" the inks. For best reclaiming performance, I use Bean-E-Doo to remove all the ink first... THen I rinse all the soy-based ink solvent (Bean-E-Doo) off with a waterhose & hi-pressure nozzle or a pressure washer.. then use the dip-tank with the one-step clear to remove the emulsion. Then I pressure wash again, and use a spray industrial degreaser (organic) to degrease the screens. Works for me, and I get about 600 screens reclaimed from a tank of One-Step before I need to buy another 5-gallon bucket. G'Luck! Rex S. | |
