Glenn- Thank you for selecting our products. Power Mesh is a unique product in the sense that the thread diameter is no different than the other 30 micron threads in the market. What is different is the weight of the thread. This power mesh thread is heavier, making it stronger than the others. As for tensioning, you want to follow your normal stretching technics. Depending on the stretcher you will be using, always ensure the corners are soften and/or the locking bars are the length of the I.D. of the frame. This helps keep stress on the corner to a minimal. No matter how you stretch you alway want to stretch and relax the mesh while bring it up to the correct tension level. This helps it stablize it faster, since once you glue it down there is no way to bring the tension back up, like you would with a draw bar frame. As for tension, your small frame should be between 24-28 newtons, your med. size frame 20-24, and your larger frame 18-22 newtons. Hope this helps!!!
