Make sure that the light you use in the darkroom is UV filtered. If you use a yellow bug light or anything other than filtered, this will affect your exposure times. Photocure Blu is a very fast exposing emulsion and very sensitive to light. Do not wash out the exposed screen in the light if possible. If you use vellum for you film positives, this can also cause problem. Film paoitives should be transparent and the image are some what opaque. This keeps the emulsion from being underexposed. If you half tones are not opening up this may also be a cause of over exposure. Since the emulsion is so fast you may cut down the exposure times in increments of 15 seconds. One other thing, check your exposure unit that the UV bulbs are not to far apart, this can also cause inconsistant exposures throughout the screen.
