Hawaii could be considered a very humid location. Humidity does play a big factor in the stencil making proccess. I have a few questions: What type of emulsion are you using? (Diazo, Dual-cure, or Potopolymer) Your exposure unit, what type of light does it use? Do you have a dark room? Do you coat, dry, expose, and develop all in the same room?
