  Hawaii could be considered a very humid location. Humidity does play a big factor in the stencil making proccess. I have a few questions: What type of emulsion are you using? (Diazo, Dual-cure, or Potopolymer) Your exposure unit, what type of light does it use? Do you have a dark room? Do you coat, dry, expose, and develop all in the same room? If not, can you please walk me through your proccess. These few questions can help me trouble shoot your problem. Thank You!!!
