  Mesh quality can be measured. I agree, test the samples of all manufacurers and then decide. I view it as how high a tension does it retain after many jobs, does it present moire in 65 line UV applications, and how many times I needed to make registration adjustments on virgin mesh being printed for the first time. The other characteristic is thread size, S, M or T, S thread has significant advantages for bases and high density printing, as well as ink thickness deposition for UV printing and curing.
