We are using the Photocure Blue emulsion. Our old wash out tank utilizes a series of wire mesh filters (3) to filter out most solids, then a settling tank where the pump kicks in as needed. I am needing desperately to find a way to easily cut through and dissolve the ancient dried up emulsion that has all but permanently clogged the pores of the mesh. I have WORKED this with my pressure washer, but the build up from new re-claiming does not let me make any real head-way. Is there any chemical/solution/bomb etc... that will take care of my problem?
