I'm having a problem with the emulsion on my screens- we coat 2/1 on anywhere from 86-355 mesh. My high meshes are fine but when I coat anything under a 158 I get a lot of very small pin holes all over the screen. I've been dealing with this photocure for about 2 years now and this isn't a constant problem- but no one I've spoken to can help me I thought my screens weren't dry enough but even after 24 hours I'm getting similar results. This doesn't happen all the time so i'm wondering if this batch of emulsion is old- and how can I tell? The emulsion itself seems to have something grainy in it- almost as if there's a fine grit mixed in. Any help is appriciated- right now i just keep throwing out the emulsion and opening new containers. | ||
