I switched to the Photocure TXR based on a vendor's recommendation and now I am getting a very thin layer of residue over parts of the design area that's preventing some ink from getting through. I can usually get rid of it with a damp rag but it is really inconvenient to do on EACH screen. I also notice that I can start to see the image of the scotch tape (holding the artwork down) which never used to show with my old emulsion. I am coating 1/1 and exposing for 1 minute on a newer Printa exposure unit. (Same as I did with my old emulsion and had no problems). Do I need to increase/decrease exposure times or do something differently in my set-up? Any help is appreciated. -Rob ____________________ EmbroiderINK a division of Robtech Industries http://www.embroiderink.com | |
