| Dave knows his stuff. I've had a few conversations with him, and it's always been good. I'm glad you found the pressure washer works for you. The key is PROPER exposure. We do process work using 355 mesh and 65 LPI. (although I use One Coat for most work, I use Poly Plus-S for process) I'm positive I have near perfect exposures, and using a pressure washer is never a problem. If you want to make washer faster yet, get a tank you can dip your exposed screen in for a minute or two. Pull the screen out and do your developing. Works well for me. We do 80-120 screens a day this way. You get a nice loop going and it works well. | ||
