Like Richard stated, the coating process is the biggest problem I have found with pin holes. Second would be poor reclaiming and dirty glass on the exposure table. I have found that with the correct coating process and VERY clean screens, pin holes are almost non existent. I coat almost all my screens 2 and 1 with the round side and I rarely have pin holes and I don't use blockout except for the occasional touch up. As for emulsion I prefer a duel cure. There is more margin for error and I find that it has less drag on the squeegee than a photocure. Also it is much more durable. I use Ulano TLX because it is very light in color which makes it easier to register and also exposes very fast for a duel cure. ____________________ Toby | |
