We are currently using Proclaim, however, we are experiencing some problems. We are a textile printer and use a range of mesh count from 86-315. I found that thru the 110-220 range the Proclaim performs well. However, the 86 mesh yields alot of pinholes and doesn't cover well. I know there is a vast selection of emulsions out there I am just hesistant and very time restricted to start trying new ones. Also, does the color have anything to do with the emulsion? Or is that simply a choice by the manufacturers? It seems the majority of emulsions are tinted to a blue color, but at times the deep blue coloring makes it hard to register the screens. Thanks for your help | ||
