When washing out my screens, the areas that are suppose to wash out only bubble away from the screen. I can break them with my finger but the image loses sharpness and causes small bits of emulsion to be left in the screen. I'm using a nuarc 2125 with a 800 watt metal halide lamp. I have my positives as opaque as possible using an epson ink jet printer that uses dye based inks. I print them using the 1440 dpi setting. I have done a step wedge test, thinking that maybe I was just under exposing the screen to much but it still creates the bubbles with every step. I have read the ulano manuel front to back and still cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. It still happens with coating method 1 and 2. I'm wondering if the emulsion went bad. I need HELP! I have some projects coming up that have tiny details. | ||
