QTX is a great product. One really good quality is the Ultra Fast Exposure. That was really smart to run the test you ran. This does help to eliminate possibilities. Some causes could be Light Contamination or Excesive Heat. Have your coated screens seen enough light to expose them? Is your storage area for coated screens seeing temps above 100?
