If you used fluorescent tubes (5 each, 24" long, spaced evenly) that were four inches from the screen, the exposure time would be about 6 minutes. The sun would be about 20 seconds. You should be able to coat a screen in regular room light (no sun) with out exposing the emulsion. Just make sure you keep the screen in the dark while you wait for them to dry. I recommend a 21 step exposure guide to determine the correct exposure. It's a small piece of film that you burn on one of your screens. A solid 7 is the correct exposure. You want the 8 and above to wash out. If you get a solid 9, then you've over exposed. If you get a 6, then you're underexposed.
