Sounds like you are over exposing your screen. I'm using a nuarc with a 1000 watt metal Halide light source. It only takes 22 seconds to expose my screens when using only one coat of emulsion on each side. what are you using for film positives? If you are using vellum with a laser printer, sometimes the toner is not dark enough and the screen will over expose. | |
