Application: Use a photopolymer emulsion on the squeegee side to adhere it to the mesh. Eqposure: You stated you had an old exposure unit. What is the light source? A 700 micron thickness will have a fairly long exposure even with a good new light source. A 5K watt metal halide will probably give you the best results. As your source type and age gets lower and older the "time" for exposure will increase dramatically. If you are using an old fluorescent tube unit, you may want to cut your losses and give it up now. Another issue people tend to have is a lack of opacity in their artwork. The long exposure times tend to allow a lot of light to bleed through the artwork. ____________________ Bill Redeker Tech Support SPS (412)600-6789 b.redeker@comcast.net | ||
