Hey Ben - Our wet-on-wet (WOW Series) inks will not build up at all. I have personally been in several shops when they have finished printing multiple thousands of shirts. When they broke down the press I checked the back of the screens for ANY sign of build up - NOTHING (other than a basic minimal ink deposit). If you are wanting to print the XOLB series - then yes - it will build up. The XOLB line of inks was not designed to be printed wet on wet. It was designed to be flashed and have a very high opacity. If you want you can add the wow-1001 halftone base to the inks to assit in wet on wet printing.
