| I'm assuming you use a manual press? if so i can see the problem you had with wilflex. what ever ink you are using should have available all the special additives you'll need. If not you should switch to one that does. rutland and qcm are really smooth and creamy, almost mandatory for manual printing. union and willflex, i believe have a wider range of use, but require reducers, and can take longer to prepare for press. any one of those companies offer plastisol, special additives, pms mixing systems, and water base inks. | |
