All the distributors that I deal with only offer free freight excluding white tees and sale items. Very, very, very rarely will they offer free freight on sale items, too. Last time I saw that was back when this "free" shipping deal starting showing it's face. We do exactly like Guy does, keep white and sale items separate from "regular" orders.
