I think they're all pretty much the same. Here's SanMar's policy: Free Freight Free Freight applies to all regular price orders over $200.00. Offer applies to all products and orders shipped via ground in the continental U.S., excluding sale items and basic white t-shirts. Sales Price versus Free Freight Online Ordering automatically calculates the best deal for you, Free Freight or Sale Pricing, whichever is lower. If you receive an Invoice and notice that sale merchandise shows regular prices instead of sale prices, check to see if you received Free Freight instead.
