We placed a large order with a supplier because they had a sale on most of the items we wanted. We get free shipping when the orders are over $250 so thought it was a win-win situation. I was looking at the invoice and didn't get the sale price. The supplier said they get to choose whether to give the sale price or give free shipping. We have been in business 15 years and haven't heard of this before. Maybe we just haven't been paying close enough attention. Is this an industry standard? ____________________ Lynda | |
