| My Wilcom crashed...it will put the splash page up and then the harddrive runs a bit and then it just goes away. This has happened before and I have just rerun the software. This time when I grabbed my disk case, it was not in there!! We had moved and I know I used it once right after the move but in the past 6 months the case has sat blissfully ready on my desk I thought, but empty...I have searched thru literally hundereds of CD cases and have not found it. Wilcom online support has not verified me yet (happened on friday, so weekend is slowing it up I guess) and they did not return my phone calls either. I run a Melco superstar off of floppys, so am in a bit of a bind...anyone know perhaps a fix around this or something. I tried using older version but won't let me into my files as "this file was created with a newer version"------I am falling behind by the hour and having no luck finding my disk--all the others are there, the training discs, the truesizer and all the design backups...just not the one I need... | ||
