Did you already try to put a teflon paper on head 2 ? Under the frame you put a teflon paper and you print with the squeegee over the empty screen when the teflon touches the white you will become a smooth finish and probably no fibers will be upwards sorry for my english - i am from europe and sell already since 1993 Rutland inks.
