Wow, she sounds a VERY picky. If she is expecting to see nothing but white ink then it'll have to be layed up pretty thick eh? The 160 mesh seems adequate, how many times are you hitting it? I'd flood, then print 3X, flash, then hit 3 times again. I just use straight out of the pot M2 white. That should be more than enough printed through a 160. Otherwise you could print some SHAPE down first, flash, then print your whites on top, That'll hold down and mesh together the fibres so the whites get layed up on a silky smooth base. ____________________ If it aint broke.....fix it till it is! | |
