| o.k here is the deal I've had some jobs returend from some very picky customers, simple one color print (WHITE) on black and navy blue tees, I usualy burn a 160 mesh screen for flash and a 180 or a 160 as well for the second hit, well she complained that she can see the fibers of the shirt still peak thru the ink, I tried a 110 mesh screen for second hit and the print was just too thick, any tricks for this matter ? I use gildan tees FOTL tees and sometimes AAA tees and I hsve the same problem, I know its a simple one color print but I need to make my white to look whitewitout geting the ink too thick, I use snap white , and have tried maximum white ink as well. thanks !!!!!!! | ||
