Both Union Ink and Rutland strongly disagree that you have nothing to worry about when printing Low Bleeds on 100% cotton. Both recommend that you do NOT use Low Bleeds on 100% cotton. Ghosting is rare, but it can happen. Not stacking can help, but ghosting can happen several days later when T-shirts have been folded and bagged, for example. While the printers above may not have seen it, we in the laboratories, unfortunately have seen it and it can be expensive to the printer. There is no really good test to prove that the T-shirt you are printing will not "ghost". Making a print and tightly stacking it after curing is the best test you can try and even that is not sure fire.
