Plastisol inks ( like all other kinds of ink) will vary in their weight per gallon (specific gravity or density) according to the pigment being used and the type of plastisol. Weight per gallon can vary anywhere from 8.5 lbs.(3.8 kg.) for a clear or a base to 13.25 lbs(6 kg.) for a highly pigmented white.
