I would also agree with that statement, up to and even maybe 2% Viscosity Reducer will be ok....NOT to be confused with soft hand base...which many people think is the same.

However like I said in my other post most poeple simply over heat the garment in the dryer..and even the best inks will not resist bleeding if the ink is heated to over 375 degrees.
