You will need to find a distrubutor who sales Rutland and see if they will send out some samples. I buy my Rutland inks from Screen Process of Alabama. As for cap. film all I can say is to call and ask. I know Tubelite in Memphis has Unlano Cap. film. They might also have the Rutland inks.
