Actually John,.... The recomendation to use the Dyno Grey IS from Rutland. The Dyno Grey is better at blocking dye migration than the use of a white poly ink. I have some printed samples that have a poly white P-F-P next to it, there is no comparison the Dyno Grey has no bleed what so ever. Of course the proper cure of ink is the best method to prevent dye migration assuming your already printing with the proper ink.
