  the reason why we say cb's is that if you use a finished ink your adding more base than pigment which will effect your appearance. You should be able to pick a pantone color that's close to what your client wants and pull that formula and only use 10% of the cb load, it won't match perfectly but will get you close. If there's any white in the formula make sure you leave it out.
