Emran: I only have experience with the Wilflex Oasis Discharge system that Nazdar SourceOne Distributes through our company. Wilflex Oasis discharge inks are available with two different activator options; the NF series that utilizes a non-formaldehyde discharge activator, and the ZF series that use a traditional ZFS (zinc formaldehyde-sulfoxilate) activator.

The non-formaldehyde activator has the advantage that there is no ZFS residue left in the garment after printing. Most ZFS activated systems recommend washing the shirt or attaching a consumer warning label requiring the shirt to be washed prior to wearing it to remove any residue. The problem with the Oasis NF activator, at least in this country is that we have some shipping restrictions due to it’s combustibility.

I hope that this is the information that you were looking for.

Peter
