I just found your post from a couple months ago. We bought the full printa system and we've been happy w/ everything although our next machine will be something more heavy duty and perhaps a small auto. The one huge change we made was REMOVING the alignment pins. We highly prefer lining up our images however we need them. This also has helped w/ screen cost. We have added several new screens including larger screens to our inventory and can go anywhere we want for them since we don't use the registration pins. We did this because VERY quickly they became warped and having them on the screens prevented us from self adjusting quickly. This is just our 2 cents on what has assisted us. We've been printing now for a little over 1 year w/ no down time yet on the orders coming in and everything is fine except, recently the ball bearings seem very loose. As soon as we finish the 2 rush orders we've got to get out the door by this friday and next monday we will take a look at this issue. Good luck!
