  This chart suggests the tension to use. Keep in mind that a thin thread can usually handle less tension. A 60/120 can be taken way up but I stop at 17 N/cm on my 83/70's.
If you use all 100 frames, it's hard to take um up and keep um there. A good suggestion is to settle for 25-30 newtons in the beginning. Try to keep your mesh here as you learn more. High tension and high off contact don't mix well. A consistent tension will allow you to use one off-contact setting
