I agree. I have used Crown Leaf Roll foils for many years. It applies easily and the long term washabity is just excellent. The service rep I talked to a few years back mentioned that the rollers they use to make the patterns are quite specific to a pattern. I got the indication from her the the rollers can get pricey to custom engineer. It is worth a call to price out what they can do for you. Their products are great. I got in a sample of their thin stripe Ombre foil recently. One thing I have noticed is that it requires more cool down time to peel cleaner. A few questions. How are you applying the foil? Transfer, direct, or inline? If inline, is it foil-over using foil resist in your other inks? Manual or Auto? Standard jersey material or stretcher 1x1 rib? I have been hanging around foil applications for about 20 years. Love the special effects that it makes in designs. | ||
