Royce, One thing I think you are missing is his friend is working for HIM. You said go to Kaiser and Blair, we to do that you work for your own company, not a employer. I know that you are the owner of your business not an employee, hence why you make a higher %. Look at all major sales reps...15% is a great margin to make for sales regardless of what industry you are in. Hell look at realtor, they only make after all said and done about 2.15% Now I understand that their comission is based on a higher dollar amount, but it is still just a sales commission. Look at it if you had to pay out a sales rep from a employer stand point. You still have overhead that has to be paid. I TRUELY believe that 15% is a very good commission for any industry.
