Your adding a shirt or two over the original order is customer service. How many times do we hear, "How do I get more customers or large orders from my current customer?" Well, I know there are times while printing an order I will think the design might look good on a different color or different style shirt. If I happen to have one on the shelf in the person's size who placed the order, I will print one and put in the box on top. This has brought in larger orders from existing customer. They come in with their order then ask me what I think their design might look good on beside what they have chosen? | ||
