Why do we think they went online. It would be easier to just call and say you are ordering for "BBB" and your new and need some help. I don't have any employees but I've have my wife call in an order for the first time and do basically just that. I think this is more likely since "So & So" isn't used to the wholesale ordering world or otherwise he'd cover his tracks and change the ship to address back and BBB would never have known what happened.
