Well, here is my Rant for the day. What do you do when..... A week or month after order is finished another player joins the team...then another.... Coach has misspelled names on the list... Coach or parent orders wrong size... Just spent the whole day making name corrections, printed added players to teams, etc... THEY LOOK AT YOU AND EXPECT YOU TO DO IT FOR FREE LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL. I would like to get a disclaimer to hand every coach when they order so they know right from the get go the process and fees incurred for adds, changes, mistakes, etc. Any suggestions would be great. | |
