Mine vary with size and complexity of job, amount of rush, current workload, and mood. Sometimes, attitude of customer may enter into it. I used to go with a straight formula of separating out the printing charges, and number of days ahead of normal delivery. I then found sometimes I was running ragged without adequate compensation for radical changes in plans and/or mood enhancers. I now factor in workload, and even planned personal activities into the mix. This can be a big deal on a one or two day rush like I often get.
