If they cannot get the ship to address changed, how did they change it for "so and so"?

I think I would have a long hard talk with your customer and tell him that he broke the law when he tried to use your account to order shirts and that he better not ever try it again.

If he has now setup up his own account to buy and then drop ship shirts to you, add a handling fee to his bill that makes up for the difference. In other works make sure he comes out zero ahead for pulling that stunt.

I would also send him a bill for all the time you have had to waste trying to get your Staton account details back in order after he screwed them up while preforming fraud.

If Staton cannot fix your ship to address then just close the account. Open a new one with a new customer number. If they cannot do that then just tell them you will just have to quit doing business with them and then setup accounts with Sanmar or others.
