Brad This pertains to Lisa up here in New England, you know Lisa from the other board. Anyways we had a women that had a DTG before us do a couple contract jobs for us till we received our machine. Our owner decided one day to use NES's online ordering and drop shipped a order direct to her shop, what happened was the address also became our default ship to addy, needless to say the next time he placed an online order it went to her shop. This happened to be a large order that practically filled her small shop, fortunatley she was cool about it and called us asking what to do, we told her to please receive them and we would drive up to get them. Anyways it goes to show online ordering can have bad things happen if you do not pay attention to the account details, (things Change). So maybe it is possible you did a direct ship online? If not you need to get in touch with your rep and ask the serious questions on how this happened, if it can be tracked back to the customer then he was breaking the law! If it is Statons fault, they need to remedy it. Good Luck. Oh yea Brad after that fiasco with Lisa, I gave her our shipping number for sending orders back to us, she didnt realize that everything leaving her shop was under our acct#, we received a statement with boxes going all over the place that she shipped, again she was cool about it and paid the shipping charges. | ||
