I do the same exact thing. Throw in one extra shirt in a 2-3 different sizes, and you've cost yourself, what, $5 and 2 minutes of time? To the customer, you've given them $20 worth of free apparel, and you've automatically guaranteed yourself that your order is not short, or you have to print that extra shirt for the person that ordered the wrong size.
