"ie: "What do you mean you cant print this order until tomorrow...I've spent almost $200 with your company this year"" That is when you politely say, "I know and we really appreciate that but I have a few other customers ahead of you on the schedule right now and it would not be fair to them for us to bump them to fit your order in first. It would be like a $500.00 a year customer asking us to bump your order and put them first. It just would not be right and you would be upset because we delayed your order".
