	I throw in (for free) an extra couple of shirts with most every order. It costs less than $5 and solves a host of problems: --- They forgot one shirt in their order --- There is a bad shirt (seam or hole) --- That unseen spot of ink --- It is automatically given the order was not short!! Even if the shirts aren't needed... the customer perceives a level of service that exceeds my $5 cost many times over. Think about it...
